An email migration tool that copies a merchant's full Klaviyo setup into Redo (flows, designs, segments) in minutes instead of days.
Redo offers a white-glove migration from Klaviyo. Done by hand, it ate hundreds of team hours every month. Our top AI engineer had attempted the AI side six months earlier and decided it couldn't be done. I joined as the new guy and shipped it anyway: a deterministic Replit app for the structural copy plus an AI layer that refines wording around dynamic discounts. Days → minutes. 300+ team hours saved per month.

Redo Marketing: Self-Onboarding
An AI-assisted self-serve flow for Redo's email + SMS marketing onboarding. Replaces an 8-step manual process where customers used to get lost.
Today, onboarding a customer onto Redo Marketing means our team hand-holds an 8-step process: DNS, dedicated phone number, brand kit, flows, signup form, brand voice, knowledge base, warming. Customers don't see the map. As the team scales, we have less time per merchant. Building an AI-assisted self-serve flow with SE oversight: clearer for the customer, faster for us.

Claude Skills for Marketing Cloud
Claude Skills that generate email automations, marketing flows, and order-tracking pages from a prompt, instead of dragging and dropping nodes by hand.
Today, building a marketing automation in Redo means dragging and dropping nodes for an hour. Same for emails. Same for the order-tracking page. Building Claude Skills that generate these from a prompt instead. Cloud skills now, MCP integration next. The marketer should be able to say 'build me a welcome flow with three emails and an SMS' and the thing exists.

Lately that's meant an email migration tool that turned a multi-day job into minutes and saved the team hundreds of hours a month, a self-serve onboarding flow for our marketing product, and AI features that generate automations and emails from a prompt.
I prototype fast with AI tooling and ship rough, then iterate. This site, and the version of me you can chat with, got built the same way. Based in Utah.
